The Impact of Black Friday 24': Warming Hearts in Chiapas

Last year’s Black Friday was more than just a day of shopping, it became a day of giving, thanks to your support. During that weekend, all profits from your purchases of our Dog Collars and Straps collection were used for an incredible cause.

In December, because of your generosity, we were able to donate 41 blankets to the women and families in Chiapas, providing warmth during the cold winter months. This might seem like a small gesture, but in a region where temperatures can be harsh, these blankets were more than just comfort, they represented hope, security, and a symbol of unity.

This remarkable group of artisans, women like Pascuala and her community, are among our first suppliers and are incredibly important to our company. We collaborate with over 50 artisans in Chiapas, who handcraft the intricate macramé bands featured in many of our products. From dog collars to hatbands, camera straps to bag straps, these bands are a reflection of their skill, dedication, and centuries-old craftsmanship.

For these women, the opportunity to create these products means much more than income, it means sustainability for their families, empowerment for their futures, and a connection to a global community that values their artistry. Every purchase you make fuels this mission.
