Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we have stores in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo and in Punta de Mita, México. We are also located inside the Four Seasons Nevis.

Can I buy online and pick up at a store?
Buy online and pick up in the store of your preference, let us know your choice in special comments.
What payment options I have?
We accept cash at our stores, pesos and dollars along with all credit cards.
What is your return policy for in-store purchases?
In the rare event that your purchase is damaged, we offer convenient options for exchanges to ensure your satisfaction. We understand that returning a damaged product can be burdensome, especially with shipping processes out of our control, which is why we strive to make the process as hassle-free as possible.
For In-Store Purchases.
If you are in town please visit the boutique where you purchased the piece, within 14 days of your purchase, presenting the photo of your ticket and the damaged piece. The sales associate will evaluate your case and offer you the following options:
- Exchange for Another Item: If the product you purchased is damaged you have the
option to exchange for a one in good condition or another item of equal value. - Return for Store Credit: Alternatively, you can choose to return the item for store
credit. This credit can be used towards any future purchase in-store or online. - Refund: In certain cases, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued in
the original form of payment or via Paypal

What is your return policy for online purchases?
At Eclectic Array, we are dedicated to providing a delightful shopping experience for every customer. In the rare event that your purchase is damaged, we offer convenient options for exchanges to ensure your satisfaction. We understand that returning a damaged product can be burdensome, especially with shipping processes out of our control, which is why we strive to make the process as
hassle-free as possible.
Our goal is to swiftly address any damage concerns and provide you with a replacement item that meets our quality standards.
You can initiate the exchange or return process by contacting our customer support team within 30 days of your purchase at connect@eclecticarray.com
Once we evaluate your case we are happy to offer the following options:
- Exchange for Another Item: If the product you purchased doesn't meet your expectations, you have the option to exchange it for another item of equal value. You can initiate the exchange process by contacting our customer support team within 30 days of your purchase.
- Return for Store Credit: Alternatively, you can choose to return the item for store credit. This credit can be used towards any future purchase online. Please notify us of your intent to return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Refund: In certain cases, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. but in this case, any shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Can I use my online gift card in-store?
Yes! Just show your gift card code at the stores to verify it and transform your credit into a store gift card.
Ordering
How long does it take an order to arrive?
It depends on the country where we are shipping to and from.
The standard delivery time for your product is 3-5 business days within the US as long as it ships from our warehouse in Tulsa. 15 days for anywhere else in the world.
Your order will take 2-4 weeks to arrive if an item is shipped from Mexico (faster service is available at a different price, please contact us atconnect@eclecticarray.com, prices may vary depending on the product).
If you need a special item shipped such as a Huichol Skull, Huichol Surfboard or any other big and heavy art piece the standard delivery time will be 3-10 business days.
If your package is held up at customs entering your country, the delivery time might change.
How do I use a promotion code?
To use a promotion code, please enter the code on the “Information” page when checking out on the site. Promotion codes are not case-sensitive. If a promotion code cannot be applied, it is possible that (1) the promotion code offer has requirements that have not been met, (2) certain items in your order are not eligible for the promotion, or (3) the promotion code has expired.
Only one promotion code can be applied per order.
Can I order/request an item not listed on the website to shop?
Yes, you can contact us and request an item available at our physical stores or that was shown on any of our social media platforms and is not listed online.
Email us at marketing@eclecticarray.com including as much information about the item as possible.
Do gift cards expire?
Store or online gift cards do expire. The expiration date is stated when you receive your gift card through email or on your physical gift card. In most cases, your gift cards are valid for 12 months from the time of purchase. If your gift card was obtained as a promotional offer the time period may vary. Please contact us atconnect@eclecticarray.comif you have any doubts we can clarify them for you.
I purchased a gift card, am I able to return it?
Unfortunately, all gift card purchases are final sales.
Can I use my store gift card online?
Yes, just contact us at connect@eclecticarray.com with your gift card information so we transform it into an online gift card/promo code.
How can I get in contact with you?

Do you have an option for Gift Wrap or Gift Messages?
Yes! Please communicate this with us and we will make your gift extra special.
I ordered something and now it's on sale, will you match the new price?
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments for items that have been marked down. We apologize for this inconvenience!

Is it safe to purchase online from Eclectic Array?
Absolutely! We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online guests is secure. Eclectic Array uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships? Can I update my address?
You can modify or cancel your order in the first 24 hours after purchase if your order has not already shipped. We are happy to make any changes for you if your purchase has not left the distribution center.
