Team Trip 2024 - Los Cabos Edition

This year, our team had the incredible opportunity to come together from all corners of Mexico for a trip that felt like coming home—to the place where it all began: Cabo San Lucas.
It was more than just a corporate retreat; it was a celebration of our shared journey, the culmination of our hard work, and a chance to reconnect with the essence of our dream.
Our journey started at the stunning Hotel Boutique El Ganzo, a place that perfectly embodies the creative spirit and vibrant energy that our team thrives on.
From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in the hotel’s unique blend of luxury and artistic expression. With its breathtaking views of the marina and ocean, El Ganzo set the tone for what would be an unforgettable experience.

The first evening was marked by a welcome dinner at Cantina Tresefes that felt like a family reunion. We gathered at an artisan market featuring the first designers who believed in our dream: Hernan, Joa and Pepita.

This market wasn’t just a place to shop; it was a walk down memory lane. Each stall represented a piece of our history, a testament to the partnerships and friendships that have helped us grow, we reminisced about the early days of our journey. The atmosphere was filled with warmth and gratitude, as we recognized how far we’ve come and how the support of these artisans played a pivotal role in our success.
The next morning began with an early yoga session by the sea, a moment of tranquility and balance that set the perfect tone for the day ahead. This shared experience was more than just physical exercise; it was a spiritual one. It allowed us to center ourselves, release any stress, and open our minds to the inspiration that the day would bring.

One of the highlights of our trip was a boat excursion to the iconic Arch of Cabo San Lucas. As we cruised through the crystal-clear waters, the breathtaking landscape around us served as a powerful reminder of the natural beauty that inspires our work.
When we reached the Arch, we took the time to swim and connect with the ocean—a moment of pure freedom and joy. In the water, the barriers of hierarchy and titles melted away. We were simply a group of individuals, united by a shared vision and a deep appreciation for the journey we’re on together. This connection with nature and each other was invigorating, leaving us refreshed and ready for the next adventure.
That evening, we gathered for an unforgettable dinner at Flora Farms, a place that holds a special significance for us. With two of our stores located there, Flora Farms represents the growth and expansion of our dream. The farm-to-table dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary, with each dish highlighting the rich flavors of locally sourced ingredients.
Our trip also included a visit to the new Four Seasons, where we had the opportunity to participate on workshops, one of the workshops was led by Isis in our new space: El taller, where participants created bookmarks using natural materials to create colors.

Another workshop focused on making bracelets with precious stones, guided by one of our favorite suppliers. The workshops were a chance to learn, grow, and connect.

We also got to see and explore our latest new location Mandala Four seasons, it is an amazing retail space and it was amazing to see it to come to a reality after so long.

Our final destination was Pescadero, a charming town known for its stunning beaches and laidback vibe. On our way there, we made a stop at Agricole, a delightful spot where we indulged in fresh, locally grown produce. This stop was a reminder of the importance of community and sustainability—values that are at the heart of our brand. As we continued our journey, anticipation built up for our arrival at Mas Olas. We visited our retail space at Mas Olas called UNOA, we had an amazing dinner at this this beautiful beachfront property, it felt like the perfect place to wrap up our trip. Mas Olas offered us a serene environment to reflect on the experiences we’d shared and the memories we’d created.

Our final day was one of reflection and reconnection. We set out early for a hike to Punta Lobos, a rugged and beautiful trail that offered stunning views of the coastline. The hike was challenging, but it was also incredibly rewarding—a metaphor for our journey as a team. As we reached the top, we paused to take in the breathtaking vista, a moment of quiet appreciation for the journey we’ve been on together.

After the hike, we headed to Baja Beans for breakfast. This was a special stop for us, as it was where our journey first began—with a Sunday market that featured just one table of products. Sitting there, sipping coffee and sharing a meal, we couldn’t help but reflect on how much has changed since those early days. We laughed, expressed our gratitude, and shared the highlights of the trip, knowing that this was a moment we would all carry with us long after we returned home.
This trip was more than just a work retreat—it was a celebration of a dream realized. We had returned to the place where it all began, not just to reflect on the past, but to look forward to the future with renewed energy and inspiration. This journey was a reminder of why we do what we do, and how far we’ve come together. As we headed back to our respective cities, we carried with us the memories of an amazing trip, the lessons we’ve learned, and the connections we’ve deepened. And most importantly, we left with the knowledge that we are not just a team—we are a family, united by a shared vision and a commitment to making our dreams a reality
