SHIPPING

Our products are handmade in Mexico and shipped with care. Because Mexico does not yet have a fully reliable or affordable shipping network, most U.S. orders are hand-carried to the United States and then shipped via USPS.

  • Processing time: Orders may take 2–4 weeks to arrive if shipped directly from Mexico. We aim to have your items leaving Mexico within 1–2 weeks of your order, but in some cases this may extend up to 3 weeks. Once in the U.S., your package is shipped via standard mail and you will receive a tracking number. Orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse in Tulsa usually arrive within 3–5 business days.
  • Large or special items: For oversized or heavy items (such as Huichol skulls or surfboards), standard delivery is 4–15 business days.
  • Need it faster? Express courier service direct from Mexico is available upon request. Rates vary depending on size and weight. Please reach out before ordering if you need expedited service.
  • Tracking & liability: Once a tracking number is provided, Eclectic Array is not liable for lost or damaged packages in transit. We will gladly assist you in working with the carrier to ensure your package arrives safely.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

  • Customer responsibility: International orders may be subject to duties, tariffs, or taxes determined by your government. These charges are not covered by Eclectic Array.
  • U.S. orders: Recent changes in U.S. import regulations (removal of the $800 duty-free threshold in August 2025) mean all shipments may now incur tariffs, regardless of order value.
  • Other countries: Import laws and thresholds vary. Please check your country’s customs regulations for details. Eclectic Array cannot be held responsible for shipments delayed, returned, or refused due to customs issues.
  • Tip: If you are unsure what fees may apply, please review your country’s customs website or reach out to us for guidance before placing your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • All sales are final for online purchases. Because each piece is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns for refunds.
  • We are happy to offer store credit or exchanges if your order arrives damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to make arrangements.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and can be complicated when sending items back to Mexico. Our team will guide you through the process and do our best to accommodate your case.

For in-store purchases, please visit the boutique where you made your purchase within 14 days, bringing the damaged item and your receipt. Depending on the case, you may receive an exchange, store credit, or refund. If you are no longer in town, please contact us to coordinate.
